“I wanted to write to you to express our appreciation for the services you provided in conjunction with our recent Customized Training Grant from the State of New Jersey. You were a pleasure to work with and the provided assistance and follow up to insure that our training needs were attended to in an expedient manner.

I have seen a marked improvement in our employees as a result of some of the training classes provided.

Prior to the training, we were experiencing a lot of issues with how our employees were dealing with one another.  We were able to put together a program that dealt with some of the site specific issues I was having as well as addressing appropriate ways to deal with conflict situations on a more global basis.

This has resulted in a far more positive workplace!
